Hi! I'm Robin Holden, also "known" in the artistic community as Inky Moondrop!
Most artists who are considered to be valid, they draw their stuff themselves. I create derivatives of 2D and 3D stock assets to make my webcomics. Most people use filters for photo editing, VRoid models for VTubing purposes and other 3D models to create games with, I use them as tools to tell my original stories, essentially saying: if you don't want to practice for ten years or so mastering a skill and you don't want to become a pariah for using AI, you can still be a creator (while also supporting other creators in the process)! As of now, my main projects are Blessed Days (completed with 1261 pages), Exposure (updates daily) Sandbox (updates daily), Imago, Nebraska (on hiatus) and Mirage (on hiatus). Blessed Days won several awards including Best Drama (2023), Best Dialogue (2024) and Best Antagonist (2025) on the annual Drunk Duck Awards, while Mirage won the award for Best Atypical Art in 2023 and Imago, Nebraska for the Best Plot Development. You can support me by reading them, promoting them, commenting and liking. You can also support me by sending me fanart, becoming my patron or buying the e-book volumes of Blessed Days for whatever price you set! Since July, 2022 I've spent over 6000 hours and half a year-worth of my salary on making webcomics, yet to this day, all of them are available for free!
While my humor is immature and often controversial, not to mention I have too much anxiety from social interactions and dancing through the political minefield the online sphere became, I have no ill will, even towards those I disagree with and I'm cautious, even with those I agree with. Besides my creative work I have a fantastic online community (The Duck), a couple of kind, supportive readers and a lovely wife who all make life with depression bearable. I enjoy arthouse films, classic literature and telling stories about people finding ways to connect with each other despite their differences.
